The deadline for submission of applications for Three Rivers’ artists to participate in the next Studio Tour is October 17, 2013. Any creative person, working in any medium with a designated workspace or studio, who is a resident of Three Rivers, California, is eligible to participate in the Three Rivers Biennial Artists’ Studio Tour.
