I know how much fun those kids had working with Nadi Spencer. And they made a mural to be proud of and enjoy for the entire community. I was an assistant to Nadi for the La Sierra High School murals project in Porterville. The students still talk about how much fun she was, the music she insisted they listen to from Opera to rock and everything in between, until they found themselves loving sounds they never thought they would. And pride in the finished piece of art that is left behind for all to enjoy. She is truly a master artist and it was an experience to cherish.
